Theatre Style Setting

Theatre Style Setting can hold 30 people sitting and 10 people standing. It is great for small seminars, business meetings, workshops, music concerts, small plays, and spoken word events. Change room in the back can be converted into a private room or lounge.

Chemagne Dance is a beautiful spacious 800 sq feet studio that has a change room, clean washroom and shower, solid flooring, air conditioning, mirrors and a great sound system for CD or Ipod. It is ideal for rehearsals, private instruction and workshops. It can also be used for photo shoots, auditions, private functions and birthday parties.

Close to all amenities and 2 minutes away from Ossington subway station.

Dance/Acting Rehearsal Rate: $15/hour + hst

Special Rate for Dance Artists, and Artists - If you book up to 3 hours or more for your rehearsals receive a discounted rate for $10 per hour. ( For example 3 hrs $45, receive 3 hrs for $30). 50% Deposit must be made to hold bookings up to 3 hours or more.

Private Sessions/Instructional Workshops/Classes: $20/per hour + hst

Auditions/Photo Shoots: $30/per hour + hst

Private Functions/ Business Seminars/Events/Birthday Parties: $40/per hour + hst

Film Casting/Auditions: $50/per hour + hst

Film/Television Productions - Day Use Is Available. Please Call Studio To Discuss Rates.

Book up to 3 hours or more and receive %10 off your rate. 50% deposit must be made to hold bookings up to 3 hours or more.
